QPR will face Portsmouth in the second round of the EFL cup after beating Bristol City on penalties tonight.

The draw was made straight after the games.

West Ham will travel to Newport County, Millwall go to Oxford United, while Crystal Palace are at home to Colchester. Fulham are also at home and face Southampton.

There are two groups, south and north.
