Taty Castellanos warned that there's still a lot of work ahead of West Ham after the 4-0 trashing of Wolverhampton.
The Argentine sealed a 99-second brace in Friday's must-win game which temporarily lifted the Hammers out of the bottom-three.
The £25million January transfer from Lazio has been a central cog in West Ham's survival bid, with his arrival even evoking memories of Carlos Tevez's devastating impact at Upton Park back in 2006.
He told Capital Football: "It was an important double and it helped us win which is our aim each time.
"This was a crucial game and I am happy for that.
"We have to keep going like that because there are no easy games in the Premier League.
"There's a lot of work still ahead of us. This week we will knuckle down to prepare our next game."
With already four Prem goals to his name, Taty's transition from the overly tactical Serie A to the physical Premier League has been seemless.
But he said: "Serie A is different to the Premier League.
"Here it's end-to-end and it's very physical. But I have settled in well."
With rival Joaquin Panichelli rupturing his ACL a fortnight ago, Taty could even be dreaming of sneaking into Argentina's World Cup squad.
He said: "It's a shame for Panichelli but I have to keep working for West Ham and if I do well the national team will be a consequence of that.
"It's tough, I have to put in the hard yards."
