'We've got to keep some realism about the place' - Bromley boss reaction to dropped points

The message was clear: We shouldn't expect Bromley to roll over everyone who visits Hayes Lane between now and the end of the season.
It was obviously a blow to concede deep into injury time, but the 2-2 draw for the Ravens at home to Crewe on Tuesday night was hardly a disaster, according to the boss.
Andy Woodman's side are now unbeaten in 10 games and have a handy six-point cushion at the top of League Two, while their fortress has yet to be breached.
"I thought they [Crewe] were good, to be fair, and made it very difficult for us - and I think we made it difficult for ourselves," said the Ravens boss.
"We got a little bit nervous towards the end, couldn't really get the ball, sat back and weren't putting enough pressure on the ball. Very un-Bromley like really.
"Maybe that was to be expected. we've had a tricky night where we just tried to defend our box and hang on. But credit to Crewe. They kept the ball well and moved it well.
"I think we've got to keep some realism around the place. If we think we're going to win every single game at home, I think we're kidding ourselves a little bit.
"We haven't been beaten, so that's a plus. It's another point and we're still six points clear at the top, so there's a lot to be thankful for. We could have lost that game on another night.
"It feels a bit like a missed opportunity because we were so close to winning 2-1, but these things happen sometimes."
Woodman made four substitutions around the hour mark and conceded some players may have been a little jaded after the big weekend win against Swindon.
"I wish I'd done it earlier than I did, to be honest," he said. "That's no reflection of the players I took off, they put in a hell of a shift in Saturday and I've got fresh legs and fresh players, so why not use them.
"You could argue a little bit that Saturday played a part. It's hard when you have such a big game on Saturday and then you come into another tough one on the Tuesday, it's really hard - particularly for a high-tempo, high energy team like us. And if you start a little bit slow, it's very hard to pick it up but I certainly wouldn't criticise my boys for effort.
"I think the momentum's still there for us. We dust ourselves down now and go again at Gillingham on Saturday."
