Anderlecht 0-1 Union Saint-Gilloise

Goals: Fuseini 27'

A two-time Premier League winner with Chelsea's younger brother failed to deliver in Anderlecht's 1-0 derby defeat.

Thorgan Hazard, who is two years Eden's junior, hardly pulled up any trees either side of Mohammed Fuseini's winner three minutes shy of the half-hour mark.

The game was marked by controversy with both Brussels sides missing a penalty apiece.

Table toppers Union Saint-Gilloise striker Franjo Ivanovic fired wide from 12 yards before Fuseini slotted the visitors from across town into the lead.

Kasper Dolberg, who had previously sent a header into the hands of goalie Anthony Moris in one of a rare moments of brilliance by Hazard, also saw his second-half penalty saved by the same hands.

Hazard jr. sneezed his way through the game and may now have to watch on as Union Saint-Gilloise could claim their first Belgian league title since 1935.

Leading Club Bruges by one point with two games remaining all they have to do is beat Antwerp and Gent to make sure of glorious matters.
