An Italian legend praised Cristhian Mosquera and William Saliba for making life hard for Lautaro Martinez.
Giuseppe Bergomi, who won the 1982 World Cup with Italy and is now a famous co-commentator for Sky Italia, leapt to the Argentine's defence.
He exclusively told Capital Football: "Lautaro did well for what was possible.
"He was up against two very strong Arsenal central defenders.
"But he and Thuram worked well and enabled Sučić to make late runs."
Petar Sučić scored the equalizer and could have had two assists had Marcus Thuram and Federico Dimarco been more refined in the box.
Asked if it was the Croatian midfielder's standout performance since he joined Inter last summer, one-club man Interista Bergomi said.
"Yes, yes. He was Inter's most dangerous player. He shone and on top of the goal he created other goal chances..."
