Calvin Bassey: This is why we draw all the time. Marco Silva? Look at me when I joined and look at me now...

Calvin Bassey has urged his Fulham teammates to “get the details right” if they are to end their Draw Syndrome at Craven Cottage.
Marco Silva’s men have now failed to either win or lose in FOUR consecutive home games.
The last one in particular against Ipswich Town felt like two points in the bin.
Asked to shed some light on why they have developed a knack of sharing the spoils, Italian-born Nigeria international Bassey told Capital Football: “Don’t know [why].
“Fine details….attackingly and defensively cost us games.
“If you look at the chances in the Ipswich game, there was more from us.
“Just little details from us, maybe [we have] not been as aggressive as we could been.
“But we created way more chances [than Ipswich].
“Before that 2-1 we could have scored how many in the first half alone? It’s all good saying this and that but we have our fair chances as well.”
Fulham seem to get better and better season after season despite losing their superstars.
And centre-back Bassey pinpoints their shrewd Portuguese manager Marco Silva as the chief motive why they are still flying high in the post-Mitrovic and Palhinha days.
He said: “The reason? Marco Silva is clever! He attracts players and he knows how to improve players. Look at me when I first came in and when I look at me now I think my game has improved under him.
"And not just me, so many of us. Castagne, Issa…all improving!
“He just demands from us. He’s a perfectionist and we all appreciate he wants us to be perfect.
"He knows also that nothing is perfect but he wants us [to try] because he knows how much quality we have and he believes in us and trusts in us.
“Matching our highest-ever Prem finish? We take each game as it comes. Right now we need to focus on our next game and try to win that.”
