Chelsea to face Macclesfield or Grimsby in Carabao Cup 3rd round

Chelsea will face either Macclesfield/Grimsby as the third round of the Carabao Cup draw was made tonight.

It will be the first game for the Blues in this season's competition.

The potential opponents match was abandoned due to heavy rain and will be played on September 10.

The winner will travel to Stamford Bridge during the week of September 23.

West Ham travel to Oxford United, Spurs head to Colchester, while north London rivals Arsenal are at home to Nottingham Forest.
