Young Blues honour Derm with 3-1 victory over Exeter City


Chelsea’s development squad honoured former manager Dermot Drummy, pictured, who died yesterday in the best possible way by winning 3-1 at Exeter City tonight to book their place in the last 32 of the Checkatrade Trophy

Goal from Callum Hudson-Odoi, Reece James and Josh Grant secured the necessary three points.

The young Blues has gone behind to a Reuben Reid effort.

Chelsea finished second inttheir Southern Group D group and now have to travel to MK Don next Wednesday, December 6 in the next phase of the competition.
